FALSE CLAIMS

We have a product quality and inspection team that will determine if a product has been used and / or tampered with; we absolutely will not tolerate false claims of a product when it has been used and / or tampered with.

REFUNDS

You may request refunds within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products. Refunds are allowed for products that are unopened and unused. You are responsible for returning the unopened and unused product to us. The refund will be for the product price. We do not refund shipping costs.

We will process a refund after inspecting the item. If it has been opened and / or used, we will not issue a refund and we will not send the product back to you.

Refund requests must be in writing and sent to cbdism@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.

RETURNS

To return a damaged and / or defective product for a refund, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the Support Department at cbdism@gmail.com. You may be asked to provide photos and / or videos of the damaged and / or defective item. You will need to include a copy of the receipt for the product that you are returning. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product back to us. We will process the return after inspecting the item. If it has been used and / or tampered with, we will not issue a refund and we will not send the product back to you.

REFUSE DELIVERY or RETURN TO SENDER

We absolutely cannot refund you for orders that you Refuse Delivery. We absolutely cannot refund you for orders that you Return to Sender. We provide a generous Refund and Return Policy that must be followed. If you Refuse Delivery or Return to Sender, we will not send the product back to you.

RETURNING EMPTY BOXES

We absolutely will not tolerate returning EMPTY boxes. We will open an investigation with the shipping company and law enforcement. You are expected to fully participate in the investigations.

If you feel that your credit / debit card was used fraudulently on Mumbo Life, please contact us for immediate resolution. We will open an investigation with the banking institutions and law enforcement. You are expected to fully participate in the investigations.

​Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12:00 PM Central through Monday 12:00 PM Central; or US Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Overnight Shipment Processing Time

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Mumbo Life LP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Mumbo Life LP will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Delivery Confirmation

Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will consider replacement of your order when the investigation is complete and pending the results of the investigation. Allow up to 90 days for the investigation.

STEP ONE
HEAT oven as directed in chart below, Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non stick cooking spray.

STEP TWO
STIR water, oil & egg in medium bowl, stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and stir until well blended.  Spread in prepared pan.

STEP THREE
BAKE as directed in chart or until toothpic inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan before cutting. Do not OVERBAKE. Fresh-baked brownies appear under baked but cool to complete. MUMBO Tips Store tightly covered. You can also freeze without effecting quality. For thicker brownies, make batter using 2 tablespoons water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake as directed. Makes 32 brownies in 1x1in squares. 30mg CBD Infused in each piece. RECOMMENDED 1 PIECE PER DAY.

High altitude: Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water.

1/4 cup dark beer

1/3 cup LorAnn grapeseed oil

1 egg

2 tsp. LorAnn Raspberry Bakery Emulsion

1/2 cup dark chocolate mini chips

1/4 cup raspberry preserves

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 tsp. LorAnn Pistachio Bakery Emulsion

Mumbo brownie mix can be customized to suityour preferences. Here are a few of our favoritecombinations:

2 tsp. Caramel Bakery Emulsion

1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut

1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

1 tsp. Peppermint Bakery Emulsion

1/4 cup chopped cashews

1/4 cup mini marshmallows

1.  Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 metal pan with parchment paperand lightly coat with non-stick spray.

2.  In a large bowl, add brownie mix, beer, grapeseed oil, and egg.Mix until just combined and no lumps of dry ingredients remain.Stir in Raspberry Bakery Emulsion and mini chips.

3.  Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with offsetspatula. 

4.  On top of batter, drizzle raspberry preserves and use skewer toswirl throughout pan.

5.  Place in preheated oven and bake for 43 minutes. 

6.  Meanwhile, in a microwave safe dish, heat heavy cream until it isjust simmering. 

7.  Add white chocolate chips and allow to sit for several minutes,then stir until fully incorporated. Stir in Pistachio BakeryEmulsion. 

8.  Once brownies are cool and the ganache is slightly warmer than room temp., cut the brownies into 2 x 2 inch squares. Plate anddrizzle with pistachio ganache and fresh raspberries.
